The True Buddha Diamond Temple of New York has just been completed and needed to be consecrated, so I have to come here. I wished to consecrate this temple and am here to give thanks for the fulfillment of this wish. Today's pouring rain is a very fortuitous sign. Those who were doused by the rain will be blessed. Each raindrop is like a thousand dollars. You will have your wish of being enriched fulfilled. Earlier, the speaker system did not work, so the talk could not proceed. Yet in reality, the highest Buddha-dharma is that there is no dharma to transmit. What Buddhas have demonstrated is the most natural and pristine accomplishment. All sentient beings can become Buddhas. Understand this ultimate truth, and cultivate yourself in accordance with Buddha-dharma. When you achieve this ultimate realization, then you will realize that there is no dharma to transmit or teach. The True Buddha Diamond Temple of New York radiates immense luminosity. The luminosity of the multitude of venerable beings in the temple's shrine entered into my heart. This is absolutely genuine. I am telling everyone, all the True Buddha Tantric Practices that you are cultivating have been completely verified by my own experiential insight. This cultivation is the gradual progression from being a mundane man to becoming a holy saint. The most important experiential insight is this: You are the Inner Time Wheel. The venerable holy beings of the universe are the Outer Time Wheel. When you guide the Outer Time Wheel into your body and heart, when this Outer Time Wheel and your Inner Time Wheel unite as one, this integration is the Other Time Wheel. Those who wish to achieve the formation of the Inner Time Wheel must purify his body and heart. Cultivators must abide by the five precepts and practice the ten types of virtuous deeds. Eliminate the greed, hatred, delusions, suspicions, arrogance, etc. in your heart. When you have completed the myriad practices of the six paramitas, your heart is purified. Those cultivators with hatred in their heart are not genuine cultivators. It is very difficult for them to form the Inner Time Wheel. This is because your heart will consume the universe's consciousness when it tries to enter your heart. It becomes your heart's snack. Your heart is a pig, symbolizing greed; your heart is a serpent, symbolizing hatred; and your heart is a rooster, symbolizing delusion. Remove doubts you have on the Buddha-dharma. Cast away the arrogance in your heart. Only with your heart purified will your Inner Time Wheel be formed. With your heart purified, you can use Vajrayana practices and mantras to invoke the venerable beings of the universe, then they will be willing to enter your heart; then the Outer Time Wheel will form. After the venerable beings of the Universe enter into your heart, then you should seal-off your heart's door and your crown chakra. Let the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Herukas reside in your heart. Then, the habitual nature of the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Herukas will become your habitual nature. Then, the Other Time Wheel will start revolving. Enter, abide, and merge: these are the experiential insights of Vajrayana practice. These are also the most important experiential insights that are taught. As long as Kalachakra enters into your body and heart, you are guaranteed to achieve Buddhahood, achieving Buddhahood in this very lifetime. The True Buddha School's Kalachakra Practice has two lineage transmissions. One transmission is from the Ninth Panchen Lama. He transmitted the practice at Yu-shu, Qinghai province in China to Vajra Master Sakya Zheng-kong, who transmitted the practice to me. The second transmission comes from the Seventeenth Kanjurwa Khutughtu. He transmitted the practice to Vajra Master Thubten Nyima and Vajra Master Thubten Dargye. Vajra Master Thubten Dargye transmitted the practice to me. According to the Kalachakra Tantra, those who receive the Kalachakra empowerment will achieve Buddhahood in seven lifetimes. Within seven lifetimes, you will definitely encounter an affinity to purify your Inner Time Wheel; then guide the Outer Time Wheel onto your body and heart; and unify them as one to accomplish the formation of the Other Time Wheel.
